Here is a page dedicated to all the other Fauves we have who have played an extremely important part in Basler. They share a page as they are all retired and will have no show wins or litter announcments to take up much space but they are all still very much alive, loved and part of the family.
In order of age, youngest first...
BASLER NE M'OBLIEZ MIE (Tootsie)
Oro de la Meignaniere X Basler Rubica

Lives with my in-law's. We get to see her regularly and she always manages to shake the place up a little. The other dogs always seem pleased to see her, but the cats think she's a bit of a pain!
BASLER RUBICA (Bailey)
Ocean du Chemin de l'epine at Basler X Basler Princess Smartypants

She is a happy, affectionate character who is normally the one causing
trouble, but never seems to mind being told off! She had a successful show career before deciding she no longer wanted to go to any. So we let her stop rather than endure the week long sulks after every outing. She still gets dragged out to the Discover Dogs exhibitions though as she loves meeting people.
Bailey became a mum for the first time in 2002 with a Basler litter, and had a second litter under the affix Brezhonet. She has a pup in Sweden and one in the USA.
BASLER QUEENMAB (Trinity)
Oro de la Meignaniere X Venquest Jonquille de Basler

Trin' has never had a litter or been shown as she has a heavily black ticked coat however she makes a great aunt for any pups and is a natural clown. We wouldn't be without her and she is very special to us.
